My music magazine will be based on Grime and UK rap, therefore, my moodboard represents different factors associated with UK rap and the "Grime scene". I have included a music magazine, Fader, which featured the Grime artist, Skepta on the front cover. The colour schemes used on this magazine pair well; the model's attire match the background. I have also included multiple Grime MCs on my moodboard as well as what the music genre is known for, and represents. For example, the image on the top right hand side corner shows Grime artist, Novelist at a #BLM protest; which is a movement that campaigns against violence and systematic racism towards black people. Grime and rap lyrics often incorporate this, because it is a growing issue, close to home. Furthermore, this music genre has a distinct look, in terms of fashion, as shown in the bottom left image. Grime and rap lyrics often include references to specific areas in London, the artists also represent their area in which they grew up in, as demonstrated in the bottom middle image.
